Availability

Calls are answered between 8:30AM and 5:30PM weekdays. On weekends our office is closed. Therefore, all weekend rental orders must be confirmed before 12-Noon on Friday prior to the order. Our technicians work 7-days a week as scheduled, also our office is on closed major holidays. We rely on voicemail to answer calls while we are making deliveries and outside business hours. Thus, we return calls prior to and following scheduled deliveries. If you leave a message outside our business hours, then we will call you the following business day. We respond to emails within 24-hours of receipt.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important, thus only our audio visual company staff will contact you directly. Houston AV Rental does not use 3rd party contractors. Nor, will we sell or rent customer contact information. You will find our staff is professional, friendly and has the expertise to assist you in planning the audio visual equipment for your event. Also, our staff will only contact you in response to your call, a pending quote or a confirmed order. Therefore, ACAV will not send unsolicited emails, ever.

We are an audio visual company service, therefore we do not have a retail store or showroom to shop. You can place an order on this website for AV equipment. Also you can email or telephone us with the information about your needs. However, please do not drive to our warehouse location expecting to shop or place orders. Photos of equipment are on our website, in addition to descriptions and specifications.
