Do you rent to individuals or to businesses only?

Do you handle CME meetings or pharmaceutical luncheons/dinners?

Do you offer services to Non-Profit or Tax-Exempt organizations?

Yes. We offer non-profit discounts and Sales tax can be removed. However, the IRS requires we have a copy of your Tax-Exempt Certificate or Letter of Tax-Exempt status on the organization’s letterhead and signed by an officer or the organization prior to the date of the event. You can email the information to our office in PDF format. Tax exempt information is due at the time the order is confirmed. We cannot remove tax without the appropriate information on file and we do not refund tax amounts after events have taken place.

Do you ship equipment?

No. In our experience, shipping electronics is a bad idea. First, Common Carriers are notorious for rough handling which can result in non-functioning equipment. Additionally, shipping services often lose packages, creating a disaster for scheduled events. Local delivery of well-maintained and fully tested AV equipment assures customers have the equipment for successful presentations. Our fully tested equipment arrives when you need it.
