Self PickUp & Self Return

Only the items shown in this category are available for Self PickUp & Self Return. We fully test AV equipment prior to release. Self PickUp & Self Return does not incur delivery or setup charges. This is a warehouse office only. There is no showroom or retail center. Thus, no technician is available to offer technical support or assistance loading or unloading items. Telephone technical support is available. Therefore, choosing Self PickUp, you agree that you understand how to connect, set up and use the equipment.

Smile when you arrive because you and your vehicle are on camera both on pickup and return. To confirm condition, we photograph items at the time equipment is placed at the office for pick up, and again at the time equipment returns. Customers are responsible for returning equipment in the same condition it is received. We will bill for any damage, loss or theft. Please do not leave rental items unattended in vehicles or event facilities.

The equipment is ready for pick up at the time you designate during our business hours from our warehouse management office. Equipment is due back by the date and time you provide at the time of order placement. Thus late return is subject to additional daily rental charges. Additionally, payment is due at the time of order confirmation, and is subject to all terms and conditions.

Hours & Location

Warehouse Hours for Self PickUp & Self Return are:
9AM to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday; 9AM to 12 Noon Saturday; 10AM to 2PM Sunday.
Our warehouse is located at: Safekeeping Storage Management Office, 6610 North Highway 6, Houston, TX 77084.

We do not deliver to residential locations. If you require any item which is not a Self Pickup item, then the order requires delivery or you will need to select an available item. Additionally, there is a fee for delivery/set up/removal. Delivery fees are based on the delivery address, as well as the times for both delivery and removal.
